Job summary

Esri is seeking an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Engineer to support, enhance, and scale our Adobe data platform. The role emphasizes data collection architecture, platform optimization, data quality, and governance across our digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AEP configuration, AEP Data Collection, Adobe Web SDK, and CJA, and will collaborate with teams to ensure reliable data flow, accurate reporting, and scalable activation across Experience Cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), AEP Data Collection (Launch), and Adobe Web SDK.
• Experience implementing or supporting Real-Time CDP and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Responsibilities

• Own and support enterprise implementations of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, ensuring scalability, stability, and performance
• Design and manage end-to-end data collection architecture using Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams
• Architect and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies to ensure accurate profile stitching and audience qualification
• Develop and maintain tagging solutions via Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection across multi-domain environments
• Develop, troubleshoot and deploy Data Connections and Data Views in CJA
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data ingestion, identity, and cross-platform discrepancies (AEP, Analytics, CJA B2B, downstream systems)
• Implement data quality frameworks, validation processes, and Query Service-based checks
• Define and enforce scalable, event-driven data layer standards (ACDL/EDDL)
• Enable audience segmentation and activation, and integrate datasets into Customer Journey Analytics for cross-channel insights
• Implement and manage consent and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), including integration with OneTrust
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; support documentation, governance, and team enablement
