Job summary

MCO (MyComplianceOffice) in the United States seeks an experienced Growth Marketing lead to own Answer Engine Optimization and the company website performance. You’ll unite content strategy, technical SEO, and CRO to ensure buyers discover, understand and cite our solutions.

You’ll run GA4 analytics, heatmaps and A/B tests, manage HubSpot CMS, and partner with content, product marketing and design to create citables, machine-readable content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, web/SEO, or growth marketing.
• Proven CRO experiments improving website performance.
• Strong SEO with AI-era discovery perspective.
• Ability to translate data into prioritized actions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap and day-to-day performance of the website.
• Lead CRO initiatives including A/B and multivariate tests.
• Collaborate with demand gen to optimize landing pages.
• Oversee site performance, Core Web Vitals and UX.
• Own analytics and translate data into backlog.
• Manage HubSpot CMS and coordinate external developers.
