Job summary

NoGood in NYC is seeking an AEO Marketing Manager to drive growth through SEO, content and AEO across client sites. You will partner with developers to implement technical AEO, optimize landing pages, and manage analytics to boost organic traffic and conversions.

The role requires 3+ years in digital marketing with AEO focus, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with HTML, CMS (WordPress, Dato), and analytics tools. Hybrid work from HQ with global remote opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on AEO strategy and execution
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Proven understanding of technical AEO principles including website architecture, HTML, and structured data
Solid background in technical SEO
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, SEMrush, or ahrefs
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Dato) and website optimization tools
Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage) and A/B testing tools
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO, AEO and content strategy to increase organic traffic and drive conversions
Manage the blog including content improvement, keyword research, and performance analysis
Monitor and report on key AEO metrics like AI visibility, citations, traffic, and conversions
Partner with development team to implement technical AEO recommendations and site enhancements
Collaborate with marketing channel owners to tailor landing pages to goals
Implement A/B tests and analyze performance data to optimize conversions
