Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• EMVOs must maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Attend instruction sessions for orientation, EMS operations, compliance, and certifications.
• Provide out-of-hospital care and safe ambulance transport per state protocols and medical direction.
• Perform EMS duties including patient assessment, documentation, and incident response.
• Respond to emergencies, stand-by events, and assist other EMS personnel as needed.
