Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Successful completion of Workforce evaluations and/or educational screenings.
• Must maintain valid Health Care Provider level CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-emergency convalescent transport and emergency medical response.
• Document patient information using approved record systems.
• Lift and transport patients as needed in compliance with safety protocols.
