Job summary

Jan-Care Ambulance, Inc. is seeking EMT-I professionals to provide safe, compassionate medical transportation and on-scene patient care. You will work as part of a team across WV, with duties including stand-by events, hospital transfers, and emergency responses.

Applicants should be at least 18, hold a High School diploma or equivalent, possess EMT-I certification, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Onboarding includes background checks and a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass onboarding.
• High School diploma or equivalent; EMT-I certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history; must pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Attend orientation and EMS operations training.
• Provide out-of-hospital care and safe ambulance transport.
• Operate ambulances and maintain EMS equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and events as needed.
