Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks an AEM Product Lead to align our B2B MarTech transformation with the AEM and web experience layer. You will own web experience architecture, delivery standards, and data-collection readiness on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service to ensure measurement, personalization, and journey orchestration across properties.

You will define governance, KPIs, and instrumentation, and partner with Analytics, Journey, and CDP leads while guiding a multi-year roadmap through 2027.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital experience or web platform delivery in enterprise environments
• 5+ years hands-on with Adobe Experience Manager in enterprise environments and AEMaaCS experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Web SDK and Adobe Tags for data collection, consent management, and event tracking
• Experience integrating web platforms with Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics / CJA, and Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and guide cross-functional teams
• Experience with L3/L4 architectural design and enterprise governance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Own the web experience roadmap and delivery sequencing
• Design and architect AEMaaCS solutions for enterprise-scale experiences
• Define requirements, governance, and architecture standards
• Define web experience KPIs and instrumentation with Analytics partner
• Contribute to long-term platform vision through 2027 and beyond
• Oversee Document Authoring (da.live) adoption and workflows
• Drive Edge Delivery Services (EDS) implementation for speed and performance
• Ensure CWV and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
• Implement and manage Adobe Web SDK and Adobe Tags for data collection and consent enforcement
• Collaborate with Data, Analytics, Journey, and CDP leads
• Stand up Web SDK and Tags instrumentation with Data/Analytics leads
• Partner with migration and governance centers of excellence
• Deliver sequenced web workstream plan tied to migration milestones
