Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks an AEM Product Lead / Digital Experience Lead to connect a B2B MarTech transformation to the AEM and web experience layer. This role owns web experience architecture, delivery standards, and data-collection readiness on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), ensuring measurement, personalization, and journey orchestration are effectively delivered across web properties.

Location: Remote / Hybrid – Dallas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the web experience strategy and architecture roadmap, aligned to migration plans.
• Design and architect Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) for enterprise-scale experiences.
• Define requirements, governance, and architecture standards for web platforms.
• Define KPIs and instrumentation with Analytics to measure web experience performance.
• Contribute to long-term platform vision beyond 2027.
• Oversee Document Authoring adoption and authoring workflow across properties.
• Drive Edge Delivery Services (EDS) to improve publish speed and page performance.
• Implement Web SDK and Tags for data collection, consent, and event tracking.
• Collaborate with Data/Analytics/Journey/CDP leads for cohesive delivery.
• Partner with migration team to execute large-scale implementations and enablement.
