Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi in Dallas, TX seeks a Data Product Lead to guide the Data POD delivering large-scale Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives. You will architect B2B data models, oversee data collection, governance, and integrations across CRM and marketing tools.

You will translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, mentor offshore resources, and ensure data quality, security, and scalability across AEP, CJA, and RTCDP environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, CDP, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network / Data Streams, and tag management solutions.
• Experience integrating CRM, billing, and marketing data into AEP.

Responsibilities

• Own technical quality, delivery velocity, and execution for Data POD work.
• Lead solution design reviews for B2B data architectures and XDM schemas.
• Develop and maintain data governance controls, data quality, and lineage.
