Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) lead in Arlington, VA to drive the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise content management solutions. You will own backlogs, govern content strategies, and align delivery with business objectives across large-scale projects.

The role requires strong SDLC expertise, hands-on experience with AEM sites/assets, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to deliver modern, scalable content platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations using SDLC.
3+ years delivering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects including governance.
2+ years as functional lead, product owner, or BA translating requirements into user stories.
Experience with headless CMS and modern content delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide design/implementation.
Own and prioritize product backlogs and drive feature prioritization.
Lead content migration strategy including inventory, taxonomy, and governance.
Provide guidance on AEM best practices and global digital strategy.
Act as bridge between business and technical teams during development.
