Job summary

Accenture is seeking an expert to define and implement innovative web-based solutions for large-scale AEM projects. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution across multi-stakeholder programs, focusing on web content management and digital experience platforms.

You will lead hands-on delivery of AEM solutions, guide design and implementation, and mentor team members while ensuring governance and collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tactical deployment or re‑launch of WCM (Web Content Management) applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Planning and performing analysis of content management activities and functions, and guiding the subsequent design, implementation, or improvement of existing AEM applications.
• Serving as the bridge between business teams and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure requirements and dependencies are well understood.
• Providing insights and recommendations around AEM best practices to drive optimal decision making across global digital strategy, platform governance, onboarding of net-new sites, and other essential AEM digital deliverables.
• Understanding AEM architecture including Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, CDN, and security layers.
• Outlining pros and cons of AEM solutions and bringing a forward-thinking approach to both short-term and long-term business use cases.
• Driving the framework for Adobe tools to interface and integrate with third-party applications.
• Mentoring and coaching team members by sharing perspective and knowledge of content management initiatives and maintaining open dialogue with colleagues and clients.
