Job summary

Accenture California is seeking a Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Consultant to lead full lifecycle web content management implementations and governance. You will bridge business requirements with technical teams to deliver scalable, edge-enabled content delivery patterns and multi-channel experiences.

Role requires 5+ years in digital platform implementations, strong AEM Sites/Assets experience, and adept backlog management within Agile teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations (SDLC) for web content management.
• Minimum 3 years delivering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar WCM platforms with governance and workflows.
• 2+ years as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst translating requirements into user stories.
• 3+ years working with AEM Sites and Assets including migrations, taxonomy, governance, and headless delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide AEM app design and improvements.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs and drive feature prioritization.
• Understand AEM delivery patterns, including edge delivery and headless delivery.
• Lead content migration strategy with inventory, mapping, governance, and planning.
• Advise on AEM best practices and ensure business intent is clear to the project team.
• Serve as bridge between business and technical resources during development.
• Provide oversight of Adobe Assets/Analytics setup and taxonomy configurations.
• Drive integration framework for Adobe tools with third-party apps.
