Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Senior AEM specialist to lead full lifecycle digital content platform implementations, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver modern, scalable solutions.

You will drive content governance, migration strategies and Agile practices across sites and assets, with a focus on enterprise scale, client value, and ongoing improvement. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations.
• Minimum 3 years Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) leadership.
• 2+ years as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst.
• 3+ years working with AEM Sites and Assets, including migration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide design/implementation of AEM apps.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs and drive feature prioritization toward business goals.
• Lead content migration strategy including inventory, mapping, governance and execution planning.
• Collaborate between business teams and technical resources during development and rollout.
• Provide insights on AEM best practices and governance for enterprise deployments.
