Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Content Management professional to lead full lifecycle digital platform implementations using SDLC methodologies, focusing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) deployments.

You will own and prioritize backlogs, guide requirements into user stories, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver modern, headless content delivery and edge delivery strategies across multi-channel deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations using SDLC methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering or re-launching Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Web Content Management platforms.
• 2+ years of experience serving as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst, translating business requirements into user stories.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guides the design and implementation or improvement of AEM applications.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, facilitate backlog requirement sessions, and drive feature prioritization aligned to business objectives.
• Understanding of modern AEM delivery patterns including Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and headless content delivery approaches.
• Lead content migration strategy including content inventory, rationalization, metadata mapping, governance, and migration execution planning.
• Familiarity with AI fundamentals to understand AI features in the Adobe ecosystem.
• Bridge between business and technical resources to ensure requirements and dependencies are understood.
• Provide insights on AEM best practices and governance for global digital strategy.
