Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI seeks a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, Java backend, and modern frontend technologies to lead the team. Own technical design, architecture, and delivery of complex web applications; mentor developers; ensure scalable, high‑quality solutions.
You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross‑functional teams in a hybrid model onsite four+ days per week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise web apps.
- 8 years of hands-on AEM experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong frontend skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and React; able to translate UX into code.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture for complex AEM and web applications.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
- Own delivery from design to implementation and deployment with quality.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
