Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years in software development with Java, Python, C++, or Go.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing people and delivering software products.
- 5+ years with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- 3+ years leading API design, development, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering managers and their teams to deliver end-to-end software products.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to define requirements and priorities.
- Drive improvements in delivery pipeline, quality, and security.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop teams; participate in architecture reviews.
