You will lead cross-application architecture discussions and mentor multiple teams to raise engineering standards across the AEM ecosystem. The position emphasizes code quality, performance, security, and production stability,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and architecture experience.
• Experience designing reusable cross-application components, services and integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, caching/Dispatcher, security, performance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and automated testing, plus enterprise release practices.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring across multiple teams.

Our client, a technology organization, is seeking an AEM Engineer to join their team. As an AEM Engineer, you will be part of the DT organization supporting cross-application development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and architecture experience, the ability to design reusable cross-application components and integration patterns, and the drive to help raise engineering standards through code quality, performance, security, and production stability.

Provide hands‑on AEM development and architecture expertise, establishing common patterns for components, templates, integrations, services, and platform capabilities. Partner with product, architecture, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Drive engineering standards across the AEM ecosystem, focusing on code quality, performance, security, and production stability. Provide cross‑application architecture leadership and technical guidance within DT, including technical mentoring, code reviews, and influence on platform direction.

Strong hands‑on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and architecture experience. Expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL, AEM components/templates, and Content Fragments. Experience designing reusable cross-application components, services, and integration patterns. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, caching/Dispatcher, security, performance, and troubleshooting. Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and enterprise release practices, plus the ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring across multiple development teams.
