Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Author to manage and publish high-quality digital content for public-facing websites. The role combines content authoring, QA, metadata management, and SEO to optimize publishing processes.

You will collaborate with content stakeholders, designers, developers, and related teams to publish content, maintain standards, and ensure timely delivery across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in digital technology, medium-to-large website support, content management, online marketing, communications, digital media, or a related area.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.1), Drupal, or content management in a related area (client platform requirements).
• Experience publishing articles for the web.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of SEO, online marketing processes, and content management practices.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, publish, and manage digital content within Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Build and maintain web pages using AEM components and templates in collaboration with designers and developers.
• Manage web production intake processes and fulfill regular and rush requests within turnaround times.
• Create and update metadata, titles, descriptions, image alt attributes, and taxonomy to support SEO and accessibility.
• Perform quality assurance checks before submission for approval, including links, formatting, and landing-page appearance.
• Coordinate client approvals before publication and support distribution of content through internal/external channels.
• Troubleshoot content-related issues and provide technical support for authoring environments.
• Train end-user clients and provide job aids to support content production processes.
