Job summary

Robusta Technology Group (RTG) seeks a detail‑oriented CMS Associate with 3–5 years of web content management and digital publishing experience. Hands‑on with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms, you will author content, manage pages, assets, and support multilingual content across enterprise websites in an Agile setting.

You will collaborate with content, design, development, QA, and marketing teams to ensure brand, SEO, and accessibility standards are met, while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in web content authoring, CMS operations, or digital publishing.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, WordPress, Contentful.
• Experience working in Agile or workflow-driven environments.
• Comfortable with structured processes, governance models, and publishing standards.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and ability to troubleshoot formatting issues.

Responsibilities

• Page Authoring & Content Management: Create, edit, update, publish pages in AEM using components and templates.
• DAM & Asset Management: Manage digital assets, metadata, and tagging.
• Multisite & Multilingual Support: Support rollouts across sites/languages using MSM.
• Publish governance: Ensure brand, editorial and accessibility compliance.
• QA coordination: Work with QA for validation and approvals.
• Issue tracking: Log and resolve authoring/publishing issues using JIRA/ServiceNow.
