Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive requirements discovery and documentation for AEM-based initiatives in Wisconsin. You will translate business needs into epics and user stories, align with Agile teams, and work closely with Architects, Developers, QA, UI, and DevOps to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Translate complex business requirements into clear technical documentation.
Strong experience supporting AEM-based digital platforms in enterprise settings.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams and Product Owners.
Knowledge of large-scale content implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with Product Owners and business teams to document needs.
Translate needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
Analyze As-Is and To-Be processes, documenting functional flows and impact.
Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and AEM delivery teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers on scope, priorities, and releases.
Groom stories with developers to clarify requirements and edge cases.
