Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in Germany, is seeking a Senior AEM Backend Developer. You will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade AEM solutions using Java, focusing on backend services and scalable integrations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital experiences, work with JCR, Sling, Felix, OSGi, REST, and Maven, and contribute to architecture discussions and code quality.

Qualifications

• Professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java.
• Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture and core building blocks.
• Experience extending AEM functionality and working with administrative features.
• Expertise in developing WCM components, custom integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Practical knowledge of JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Experience using Maven and familiarity with AEM Maven archetypes.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English communication skills.
