Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a senior AEM Architect in Plainsboro, NJ to own end-to-end architecture for 60+ brand websites and drive the migration from on-prem to AEM Cloud Service. This role emphasizes strong .NET experience, governance, and collaboration with API/cloud teams.

You will design content governance, metadata models, authoring workflows, and ensure security/compliance (HIPAA, GDPR). You will also integrate QA/test automation and monitoring, mentor developers, and translate business needs

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end AEM architecture for multiple brand websites.
• Lead migration from AEM on-prem to AEM Cloud Service with performance in mind.
• Define component strategy and governance for a reusable monorepo structure.
• Collaborate with API architects and cloud teams to align AEM frontend with Azure-hosted APIs/services.
• Design and enforce content governance, tagging, metadata models, and workflows.
• Work with QA/Automation for test automation, accessibility, and performance testing.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, pharma regs).
• Define monitoring, logging, and optimization practices (Adobe Monitoring, Azure App Insights, Splunk).
• Mentor developers, review designs, and ensure modular development best practices.
• Partner with business/product owners to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions.

• Should have strong .NET experience.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Plainsboro NJ is 150K to 160K, and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
