Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced AEM architect to own the Sites, Assets, and Integrations across 60+ brand websites. You will lead the migration from on-prem to AEM Cloud Service, ensuring scalability, compatibility, and performance while aligning frontend with Azure-hosted APIs and services.

The role requires strong .NET experience and collaboration with API and cloud teams to establish governance, reusable components, and robust deployment strategies.

• Work closely with QA/Automation teams to integrate test automation, accessibility, and performance testing.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, pharma-specific regulations).
• Support operations by defining monitoring, logging, and optimization practices (Adobe Monitoring, Azure App Insights, Splunk).
• Mentor developers, review designs, and ensure adherence to best practices in modular development.
• Partner with business and product owners to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Plainsboro NJis $150,000 to $180,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
