Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM developer to design, implement, and optimize AEM solutions aligned with business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other platforms and ensure high performance, security, and usability.

Responsibilities include building reusable AEM components, templates, and workflows; leading code reviews; mentoring juniors; documenting architecture and configurations; and supporting deployment and QA

• Lead the end to end development lifecycle of Adobe AEM projects.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop reusable AEM components and templates to accelerate project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems within the AEM environment.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
• Manage deployment processes and assist in release management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Stay updated with high performance be AEM features best practices and industry trends. Provide technical guidance and support for Age-related issues and enhancements. Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards. Document design specifications configuration and system architecture.
