Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced AEM solutions aligned with business needs in Austin. The role emphasizes mentoring engineers, code reviews, and guiding best practices across the project lifecycle from design through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Adobe AEM projects.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop reusable AEM components and templates to accelerate project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems within the AEM environment.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
• Manage deployment processes and assist in release management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Stay updated with high performance be AEM features best practices and industry trends. Provide technical guidance and support for Age-related issues and enhancements. Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards. Document design specifications configuration and system architecture.
