Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced AEM Architect to drive architecture decisions and migrations for complex Adobe Experience Manager projects.

You will lead both frontend and backend teams, coordinate on-site and offshore delivery, and ensure robust cloud deployments and integration with marketing platforms. The role requires deep knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling and Oak, Maven scripts, and Dispatcher configurations, with strong collaboration across project teams to meet

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AEM 6.x architecture and migration/upgrade processes.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) migration from on-prem/AMS.
• Knowledge of Oak architecture, Sling framework, and related APIs.
• Experience integrating AEM with version control and building Maven deployment scripts.
• Proven track record in AEM administration, configurations, and deployments.
• Hands-on with integrations like Eloqua, Coveo, and marketing pixels.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement application architectures for AEM projects in line with business needs.
• Lead frontend and backend teams across onsite and offshore locations.
• Coordinate migrations and upgrades to AEMaaCS and cloud deployments.
• Ensure alignment with technology standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams, tech leads, and developers to deliver solutions.
• Oversee Dispatcher config, workflows, and headless deployment considerations.

Job Description:

• Good knowledge of AEM 6.x Architecture and changes in the new platform including migration and upgrade process,
• Implementation knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and migration experience from AEM on-prem/AMS to AEMaaCS
• Should have knowledge of Oak architecture and Oak queries.
• Should extensive knowledge of Sling framework at architecture level and to do. customization on top of them
• Should have knowledge of integrating version control with Adobe AEM and creation of Maven deployment scripts
• Should have knowledge of AEM administration and configurations
• Extensive experience in the integrations - Eloqua, eCommerce, Coveo search and other touch points
• Should have knowledge on Adobe AEM deployment options in on-premises and cloud.
• Understanding on AEM, Adobe Target, AEP, Campaign, and other Adobe Technologies
• Knowledge an DTM/Launch/Tealium/Ensighten, and marketing pixels
• Work with Project teams/Tech Lead/Developers in defining application architectures and implementation to ensure adherence to business requirements, technology standards, best practices, business strategies
• Experience with Agile/Scrum Project Implementation
• Good communication, Teamwork, and customer Interaction skills
• Experience with AEM/DAM Upgrades and Migrations
• Designing and Manaing end to end MSM Sites.
• Strong on Dispatcher configuration, Workflows, Headless and latest features.
• Working with Adobe AMS or Cloud service environments
• Technically Lead Front-End and Back-End Technlogy team of AEM Projects
• Onsite and Offshore team coordination with client
