Job summary

SHR Talent is partnering with a client in Mobile, AL to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead and develop talent acquisition strategies across the expanding Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors.

The role requires overseeing full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, sourcing, employer branding, and recruiting processes while collaborating with executive leadership and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting, with full-cycle scope.
• Experience in AEC or technical industries is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build scalable recruiting processes and pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy, recruiting operations, and workforce planning.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from intake meetings to onboarding.
• Develop pipelines for Architecture, Engineering, Construction roles.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers on hiring priorities.
• Create proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter and boards.
• Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience.
• Establish recruiting metrics and optimize workflows.
