Job summary

Morrison-Maierle is seeking a Business Development / Proposal Coordinator (AEC) to support prequalification, proposal development, and project pursuits. You will collaborate with the Proposals Manager, engineering leaders, and Marketing to craft persuasive submissions that win work.

Responsibilities include generating content, coordinating cross-functional teams, tailoring project write-ups, and tracking leads in Dynamics CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications.
• Minimum of two years of experience in prequalification and proposal development in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with InDesign, Bluebeam Revu, and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and timelines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate proposal content, resumes, graphics, and narratives for SOQs and RFPs.
• Coordinate internal/external teams to ensure timely inputs to proposals.
• Tailor project write-ups to client needs and evaluation criteria.
• Track Leads, Opportunities, and Projects in Dynamics CRM.
• Support proposals strategy, templates, and win-oriented processes.
• Assist with communications and development of interview/presentation materials.
