AEC Industry Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Location: United States (Fully remote within the U.S.)

Compensation Range: $74,112.66 - $98,816.88

Duration: 4-month contract with potential to extend

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for various positions in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
• Open and manage job requisitions as needed
• Identify appropriate sourcing channels and develop pipelines of qualified candidates
• Coordinate with Senior Recruiters on candidate submissions, feedback, interviews, and offers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on high-volume recruiting (8-10+ hires/month)
• Experience recruiting within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is required
• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, including cold calling
• Ability to work independently and in virtual, dispersed teams
• Flexibility to adapt recruiting strategies based on shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System
• Understanding of employment laws and OFCCP compliance
