Job summary

LightTable AI is seeking a senior leader to drive AI-generated analysis of construction documents for enterprise clients. You will coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and civil teams to ensure seamless project delivery and translate insights into tangible business value for general contractors and data center developers.

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in architecture, construction management or related field.
• Experience: 15+ years in architecture, real estate development or with a general contractor.
• AEC industry expertise: extensive experience with large commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI-generated analysis of construction documents for enterprise clients.
• Coordinate across architectural, structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape development based on client needs.
• Translate technical insights into business value for general contractors and data center developers.
• Design pilot programs with clients and measure impact to drive adoption.
• Develop case studies and client-facing materials to establish LightTable as a trusted authority.
