Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Driving Results: Maximize store productivity and build guest loyalty to meet KPI goals.
2. Business Innovation: Analyze sales trends and make real-time decisions to achieve financial goals.
3. People Leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, fostering internal growth and leadership development.
4. Teamwork: Promote a culture of teamwork, set goals, and recognize outstanding performance.
