Role Overview

As the full-time Sr Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing daily operations. You are passionate about developing a strong team through coaching and training, making strategic decisions, and delivering operational excellence while maintaining AEO Brand Standards. Responsibilities
  • Drive results by maximizing store productivity and enhancing guest experience, creating and owning your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to make real-time business decisions to meet financial targets.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing team members; foster team development and succession planning.
  • Promote teamwork and recognition, establish goals, and uphold brand standards.
  • Maintain visual standards through visual merchandising and Floorset management.
  • Manage workforce scheduling based on traffic and sales data to optimize payroll and staffing.
  • Uphold integrity in all decisions, ensure compliance with policies, and meet asset protection standards.
