Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Scranton, PA. You’ll move product from stockroom to the floor through shipments, replenishment and merchandising while upholding AE brand standards and guest service.

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You’ve got a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is #yourplace, you’re able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain the stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop game plans and take action to correct them.
• Assist team members with non‑stock‑related tasks or guest assistance as needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in the stockroom and on the sales floor; follow asset protection standards and abide by AEO’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Self‑motivated with knowledge of AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
• Flexible availability – must be able to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Prior experience in a stock‑related role.

Hiring Policy

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
