Role Overview

As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you will ensure products move efficiently from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for visual merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While your primary focus is the Stockroom, flexibility to support the Salesfloor and team is essential. Ultimately, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by managing shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising effectively and promptly.
• Organize and oversee the Stockroom to ensure efficiency, including merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and implement corrective actions.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor.
