Job Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you'll be responsible for maintaining product flow from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will uphold AEO Brand Standards, ensure organization in the Stockroom, and support team and guest needs on the Salesfloor. You should bring your authentic self to work and embody AEO values.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to keep products moving efficiently.
• Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist team members with non-stock tasks and support guest interactions as needed.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies to ensure a safe work environment.
