Job Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining product flow from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will uphold AEO Brand Standards, ensure the Stockroom's organization, and support your team and guests as needed. Your role is vital in keeping the store well-stocked and visually appealing, embodying AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to keep products moving effectively.
• Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures are well kept.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with store leadership to implement solutions.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests to enhance their shopping experience.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies to ensure a safe working environment.
