Role Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, your main responsibility is to ensure products are available on the sales floor by efficiently managing shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will uphold AEO Brand Standards, maintain an organized Stockroom, and support team and guest needs on the sales floor. Bringing your authentic self to work and embodying AEO values is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to keep products moving.
• Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, managing merchandise, visual props, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist team members with non-stock tasks and support guest interactions.
• Follow safety and Asset Protection standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
