Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Johnson City, TN to move product from stockroom to salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.

You will uphold AE Brand Standards with a keen eye for merchandising, support guests and team members, and maintain detail-oriented workflows in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, priority setting and time management.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments, replenish inventory, execute markdowns, and manage merchandising to keep product moving efficiently.
• Maintain the Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are organized and stocked.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, develop a plan, and act to correct gaps.
• Assist teammates with nonstock-related tasks and support guests as needed.
• Follow safety standards, Asset Protection procedures, and AE policies to maintain a safe working environment.

YOUR ROLE

You’re a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador who keeps product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You are passionate about AEO Brand Standards, have a keen eye for merchandising, and pay close attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you are ready to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.
