Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Midland, TX is seeking a Part-time Stock Brand Ambassador who moves product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Your eye for detail and love of AE Brand Standards drive visuals and stock flow.

You’ll support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, uphold safety and store policies, and help maintain organized stock areas while representing the AEO values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.
• Flexible availability: early mornings, late evenings, weekends.
• Prior stock‑related experience preferred.

• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a game plan and take corrective action.
• Assist team members with non‑stock tasks and guest service as needed.
• Adhere to safety and Asset Protection standards, following AEO policies and procedures.

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary workspace, you support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.
