Your Role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

1. Passion for brand standards: Keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Ownership of the Stockroom: Ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized and the Stockroom runs efficiently.
3. Innovative mindset: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
4. Teamwork: Assist fellow team members with tasks beyond stock responsibilities and support guest needs.
5. Integrity and safety: Follow safety standards, Asset Protection policies, and all company procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in stock-related roles is preferred.
