Job Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you play a crucial role in ensuring that products are available on the sales floor. Your responsibilities include shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You are passionate about maintaining AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and pay close attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you are flexible to support salesfloor activities and assist your team and guests. You embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure products are moving efficiently from the Stockroom to the sales floor through timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in the Stockroom, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures well-organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and take proactive steps to improve visual presentation.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards, policies, and procedures.
