Job Overview

As a part-time Stock Associate, you are essential in ensuring product availability on the sales floor by managing shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will uphold AEO Brand Standards, maintain organization in the Stockroom, and support team and guest needs on the sales floor, embodying AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain product flow and stockroom organization through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom efficient, organized, and safe, managing merchandise, visual props, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and implement corrective actions.
• Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Follow safety standards and asset protection policies diligently.
