YOUR ROLE
You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your main area, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by ensuring product movement through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Manage the Stockroom efficiently, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
• Support team tasks and assist guests on the Salesfloor when needed.
• Follow safety standards, Asset Protection policies, and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in stock-related roles is a plus.
