YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's key support in developing and executing the store's Merchandising strategy. You excel in training and coaching your team to meet AEO brand Visual standards daily. Your leadership ensures flawless floorset execution and adherence to merchandising and marketing standards. You keep the store 'guest ready' through effective replenishment, embodying our company values and bringing your authentic self to work.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends, and develop business plans to meet KPIs.
• Merchandising innovation: Coach your team to uphold AEO Brand Standards, manage merchandising and replenishment, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• People leadership: Motivate and inspire your team, uphold customer service standards, and hold team members accountable.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Team building: Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and foster engagement and recognition.
• Operational excellence: Execute daily procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety, asset protection, adhere to policies, and always do the right thing.
