YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and have a passion for achieving excellent sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving sales: As a key LOD, you excel at increasing sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and fostering guest loyalty through a top-tier in-store experience. You support Store Leadership in leveraging all business opportunities to meet KPI targets.
• People leadership: You motivate and inspire the team by exemplifying AEO's core values. You serve as a role model and ensure associates uphold AEO's service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring talented individuals to keep the store staffed appropriately. You take pride in training and developing associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork: You set clear, achievable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching, and foster engagement by celebrating successes.
• Visual & operational innovation: You excel at executing and improving visual merchandising and operational tasks, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and maintaining visual standards. You ensure Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity: You maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow AEO's procedures, and always do the right thing.
