YOUR ROLE As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
2. Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. Serve as a role model, holding associates accountable to service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
3. Talent development: Recruit and hire strong talent, and train and develop associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
4. Foster teamwork: Set clear, achievable goals, provide ongoing performance feedback, and celebrate successes to motivate and engage associates.
5. Innovate operationally: Execute and improve visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
6. Maintain integrity: Uphold store safety, asset protection, policies, and procedures, doing the right thing always.
