YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by managing strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and have a passion for driving sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Driving sales: As a key LOD, you excel at increasing sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through an exceptional in-store experience. You support Store Leadership in leveraging all opportunities to meet KPIs.
2. People leadership: You motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values. You serve as a role model, holding associates accountable to uphold AEO’s service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
3. Talent development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent, and you take pride in training and developing associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
4. Teamwork and performance: You set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing coaching, and celebrate achievements to foster engagement and motivation.
5. Visual & operational innovation: You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
6. Integrity: You maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow AEO’s policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
