YOUR ROLE As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed. You train, motivate, and celebrate associates and have a passion for driving sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through excellent in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
2. People leadership: You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, serve as a role model, and uphold service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
3. Talent development: You recruit, hire, and train strong talent, ensuring the store is well-staffed and associates continue to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
4. Teamwork and motivation: You set clear goals, provide ongoing performance feedback, motivate, and celebrate outstanding performance to foster engagement.
5. Visual & operational innovation: You execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
6. Integrity: You maintain safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow company procedures, and always do the right thing.
