YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates. You also ensure the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support a superior guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise! Drive excellent Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas are effectively executed to Floorset standards, including uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers.
• You're an merchandising innovator: Maintain the store's appearance by managing daily merchandising, adjusting for sell-through, and replenishing stock. Be alert to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Adopt a teamwork mentality: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in training the team on maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store looking #fresh!
• You're a people person: Prioritize the guest experience as the merchandising team's top goal. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team successes.
• Integrity is key: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
