YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' environment through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your specialty: Drive flawless Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring store areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You are a merchandising innovator: Maintain your store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Teamwork mentality: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh.
• You are a people person: Prioritize the guest experience and foster a culture of recognition, celebrating wins with your team.
• Integrity is key: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
